Major: Clinical Medicine (Chinese medium)
Duration: 6 years (five-year courses + one-year internship)
Tuition: 20,000 RMB/Year

1. Eligibility
(1) Be a citizen of a country other than the PRC, friendly to China and in good health both physically and mentally;
(2) Be an academically excellent holder of a Higher Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent with a basic knowledge of Chinese between the age of 18 and 25;
(3) Highly proficient in Chinese (Chinese medium program). Applicants are required to have the Chinese language proficiency equivalent to Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK4);
(4) Having a good knowledge of basic science. Higher secondary school graduates are required to provide an official transcript of either higher secondary school or national university entrance examination.
2. Application & Admission Process
(1) Online application: scan the QR code or click the web link to register and submit your application at China Three Gorges University Online Application System for International Students.

(2) Materials & Academic Review: the applicants can check the application progress via the system;
(3) Result Announcement: Admission notice and JW 202 form can be downloaded from the application system.
3. Application Documents
(1) Scanned copy of the passport
(2) Degree Certificate/ Certificate of expected graduation
(3) Academic Transcript
(4) Study or Research Plan
(5) Recommendation Letter
(6) Personal academic achievements/ Awarded certificates
(7) Foreigner Physical Examination Form

(9) Financial Support Guarantee Certificate
(10) Language Proficiency Certificate
All the above materials should be in Chinese or English, and any materials not in Chinese or English must be accompanied by the notarized Chinese or English translations.

4. Fee Charged Criteria
(1) Tuition Fee: 20,000 RMB / year
(2) Accommodation Fee: 4,800 RMB / year/ bed for a room with two beds
(3) Insurance Fee: 600 RMB / year / person
(4) Registration Fee: 400 RMB / person
(5) Living expenses average around 1,500 RMB / month / person
5. Scholarships
CTGU College Scholarship
To encourage more international students to study in CTGU, College Scholarship is offered to freshmen for covering partial tuition fee. Scholarship standard is as below:
In the first year, the scholarship of 5,000 RMB will be offered to pay the tuition, 15,000 RMB of tuition and other fees shall be paid by students themselves. In other years, the remaining 5,000 RMB scholarship will be offered to pay the tuition for next year if you pass HSK4, the remaining tuition and other fees shall be paid by students themselves every year. The interpretation of the scholarship belongs to College of Basic Medical Sciences.
