徐青，1994年7月生，理学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，细胞生物与遗传学系教师。主要从事生物信息学和基因组学的研究，长期致力于运用多学科交叉手段解析生物医学问题，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、省级重点实验室开放课题1项，作为主要成员参与中科院先导科技专项1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。在国内外权威期刊发表SCI论文20余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文7篇。主要承担研究生《医学生物信息学》，本科生《生物信息学》、《医学遗传学》、《网络医学信息资源检索与应用》、留学生《细胞生物学》等课程。
